ABOUT OWNER

As owner of TETC (Texas’ largest Municipal Solid Waste License Training provider), I am responsible for business development and project management which includes consulting with small companies to develop compliance programs, ensuring that these companies are meeting the environmental rules that are specific to their industry; developing audit programs that are site specific; developing training programs for the solid waste industry as well as the environmental regulated industry; and developing online training for the municipal solid waste industry.

My expertise includes creating strategic plans, conducting executive-level presentations, responding to community-wide questions and concerns, developing and negotiating agreements in order to drive results. My knowledge includes contract negation, landfill operations, strategic planning, profit margin analysis, profit & loss accountability, team building, compliance management, serving as advisory committee representative, and supervision and leadership. My in-depth knowledge of the Solid Waste Rules, as well as an understanding the structure of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, will allow me to accomplish the goals of being compliant with both company policies and the environmental rules. I have well-developed contacts with state & national political representatives.
