I have owned and operated TETC for 12 years. I am a TCEQ MSW A licensed supervisor and a TCEQ approved instructor with 26 years of hands-on experience. I managed and operated a $10 million solid waste facility and have consulted for some of the largest MSW facilities in Texas. I have also worked hand-in-hand with the TCEQ for the regulated community.

Jesse Vickery

Vice President of Business Development

I have been with TETC since 2016. My responsibilities include Safe Driver Training instructor and development, safety and DOT compliance, project management, Railroad Commission consulting and field supervisor for all contracting projects. I am a TCEQ MSW A Licensed Supervisor (Provisional). I take great passion in my work and look forward to growing TETC to much greater heights.

Jeff Baggett

Special Waste Approvals Manager

I am a Special Waste Approvals Manager for TETC since 2016. I work with multiple landfills to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. I am also responsible for reviewing analytical testing for special and industrial waste approvals into solid waste facilities. I enjoy using my background in biology, chemistry, and petroleum technologies to keep the environment safe.

Office Manager & Special Project Coordinator

I have been employed with TETC since the summer of 2015. Beginning as an administrative assistant and eventually being promoted to Office Manager. My job is to schedule and coordinate MSW classes all over the state of Texas. As a special projects coordinator, I am well versed in the needs of a growing company regarding insurance, marketing, applicable permits, and working with vendors. I love working with people!

Office Manager

After two years of employment with TETC as an administrative assistant, I was promoted to Office Manager. My job is to schedule and coordinate classes, administration duties, and office procedures. I am always happy to help our customers in English and Spanish (when needed)!

Kristen Ramos

Administrative Assistant

I started with TETC in January of 2015. I am in charge of all training materials for both the MSW/DOT sides of the business. I also handle Customer Service and Special Projects.
