Introduction
According to 30 TAC §30.210, Subchapter F:
“Individuals managing or supervising medical waste or compost facilities requiring an MSW registration or permit, shall complete a TCEQ recognized or approved specialized training course that is applicable to that facility before being issued a standard class 'B' MSW Facility Supervisor license. Individuals completing the class 'B' MSW facility supervisor course, passing the examination, but not completing the specialized course will be issued a provisional class 'B' license. The completion of the specialized course must be before the expiration date of the provisional license.”
This 8-Hr. training course is provided to meet this requirement.

Full payment must be received 10 business days before the course to qualify for Early Registration Fee. Purchase Orders do not qualify as full payment.

Upon full payment, TETC will forward course information to student. If requested, manuals can be sent in advance of the class. If manuals are sent ahead, a mailing and handling charge will be assessed.

Course Completion Certificate or notification to the TCEQ of course completion will not be issued until full payment is received.
